Growth Product Manager
Who We Are:
At Vizcom, we strive to be a powerful ally to designers, augmenting their skills and streamlining their workflow. Our innovative platform serves as a bridge between imagination and realization, enabling designers to bring their visions to life with unprecedented ease and precision. By combining the intuition of human creativity with the capabilities of artificial intelligence, Vizcom is shaping the future of design – one where technology amplifies rather than diminishes the designer's role.
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced product manager to lead retention and engagement efforts for Vizcom’s core product. Your mission will be to help designers and creative teams unlock meaningful value from Vizcom, whether they are brand new to the platform or returning after time away, by shaping intuitive onboarding, seamless workflows, and systems that drive purposeful, ongoing use.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to define how the next generation of industrial designers, concept artists, and creative teams experience Vizcom in their daily work.
How You’ll Do It:
Own the end-to-end product experience for new user onboarding, engagement, and re-engagement
Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to identify high-leverage opportunities that deepen long-term retention
Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship features that help users quickly find and expand value in Vizcom
Explore and test new ways to encourage returning usage that aligns with creative workflows and user goals
Define and build product systems that support multiple design use cases across industries like automotive, apparel, and consumer products
What You’ll Bring:
Have 6+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of improving user engagement or retention
Are highly analytical and fluent in experimentation with a bias toward measurable impact
Have strong product sense and enjoy designing experiences that feel intuitive, empowering, and crafted for creative professionals
Have worked on onboarding flows, engagement loops, or growth product infrastructure used across teams
Are excited to shape a product area from 0 to 1 and scale it to a global, diverse design audience
Excel at working cross-functionally and collaborating with design, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams
Benefits While Working At Vizcom:
100% employer sponsored medical care for employees, 25% towards dependents
Dental, VIsion and Mental Health Care
Equity for all full-time, U.S.-based employees
Flexible PTO
Remote-first
401(k) with payroll match
Generous annual Learning & Development allowance
Paid parental leave
Compensation:
The base pay range targeted for this position is: $175,000 - 190,000. This role is eligible for equity.
This role is based in San Francisco, California. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
