Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated quarterly marketing plan for an assigned territory/segment with budget, KPIs, and ROMI tied to pipeline quantity, quality, velocity, and win rates.
- Partner with regional sales leaders, AEs, and BDRs to align on account strategies, campaign plans, and progress updates.
- Rapidly analyze program performance and make data-informed pivots to optimize results each quarter.
- Plan and execute high-impact in-person and virtual events (regional conferences, webinars, executive roundtables) including logistics, speakers, engagement, and follow-up.
- Design and run targeted, personalized programs for priority accounts using advertising, direct mail, events, and customized content.
- Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, corporate events, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment and maximize impact.
- Manage program reporting, budget accountability, and continual improvement activities.
Education
- BA/BS or equivalent university degree
- Relevant marketing or business coursework or certifications preferred
