Customer Experience Coordinator (Part Time) - Pikesville, MD

VEG is a rapidly expanding emergency veterinary care company focused on excellent customer and employee experience. They are seeking a personable and organized Customer Experience Coordinator to enhance pet parent visits across their hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and manage customer communications promptly and warmly

  • Monitor wait times and improve workflow bottlenecks
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and resolve complaints empathetically
  • Invite customer feedback and share positive responses with the team
  • Process payments and maintain customer records accurately
  • Engage with customers during wait times and update medical teams on customer needs
  • Educate customers on sensitive topics such as end-of-life options
  • Follow up with customers post-visit regarding their pet's care
  • Create personalized and memorable experiences for customers and pets
