Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails promptly and record call information accurately
- Greet and check in customers in person with warmth and urgency
- Transfer medical calls to doctors quickly and efficiently
- Monitor wait times and identify workflow bottlenecks to improve efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer financial and personal records
- Resolve customer complaints empathetically and proactively
- Offer personalized touches (beverages, snacks, celebrations) and create curated experiences
- Collect and share customer feedback, follow up on visits (24-hour check-ins), and celebrate team wins
- Coordinate with nurses and doctors to communicate customer needs and updates
- Ensure confidentiality around personal and financial information
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or relevant coursework preferred but not required
