Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for merchants across phone, chat, email and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
- Coordinate with warehouse operations, development teams, and cross-functional partners to resolve merchant issues
- Educate merchants on ShipMonk services and proactively recommend solutions to optimize operations
- Manage special projects and lead regular client meetings to demonstrate value and progress
- Analyze data to evaluate merchant credits, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
- Provide mentorship, office hours, and subject matter expertise to uplift the Customer Service team
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Related coursework or certifications in business, logistics, or customer success are a plus
