Sr. Customer Service Representative

ShipMonk is a global fulfillment partner that combines proprietary technology with owned fulfillment centers to support high-growth ecommerce and DTC brands. We are looking for a proactive Senior Customer Service Representative to act as a merchant advocate, resolve complex issues, lead client communications, and mentor other customer service team members.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis
  • High organization with multitasking and prioritization
  • Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and new software tools
  • Ability to analyze data to inform decisions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for merchants across phone, chat, email and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations, development teams, and cross-functional partners to resolve merchant issues
  • Educate merchants on ShipMonk services and proactively recommend solutions to optimize operations
  • Manage special projects and lead regular client meetings to demonstrate value and progress
  • Analyze data to evaluate merchant credits, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide mentorship, office hours, and subject matter expertise to uplift the Customer Service team

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Related coursework or certifications in business, logistics, or customer success are a plus
