Responsibilities
- Serve as the legal point of contact for go-to-market and procurement deals delivering practical and strategic legal advice.
- Negotiate partnership, reseller, customer, and vendor agreements.
- Build and improve scalable legal processes to increase deal velocity.
- Draft and maintain legal agreement templates.
- Engage in special projects beyond commercial legal work as required.
Education
- Admission as a lawyer in CA or NY or registered as an in-house counsel in those states.
