Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and update commercial agreements and legal templates including SaaS contracts, DPAs, SLAs, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Support multinational operations with entity setup, labor law compliance, and local legal management.
- Manage intellectual property portfolio including trademarks, copyrights, and open-source compliance.
- Maintain corporate governance including charters, internal policies, registers, and ownership structures.
- Lead legal aspects of investment rounds, M&A transactions, and strategic collaborations.
- Handle claims, litigation support, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and implement compliance programs for GDPR, anti-corruption, sanctions, and internal policies.
- Build scalable legal processes, trainings, and act as a strategic business enabler across teams.
Education
- Law degree required.
- Preferably with specialization or in-depth knowledge of tech or SaaS industry legal frameworks.
