Skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, artifacts, and ceremonies
- Client-facing experience, ideally in consulting or agency roles
- Ability to work autonomously and unblock teams independently
- Clear articulation of product outcomes and business impact
- Experience with AI or ML-driven product development (preferred)
- Collaboration across design, research, engineering, and strategy functions (preferred)
- Leadership in small or startup-style product teams (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development including discovery, delivery, and iteration
- Manage product ceremonies, backlogs, tickets, and progress reporting
- Communicate proactively with clients and manage stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, QA, and strategy teams
- Provide thought leadership and direction within fast-paced teams
- Translate AI initiatives into valuable product outcomes
- Articulate the rationale behind requirements and features to internal teams and clients
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in ambiguous environments
- Measure product success using defined metrics and KPIs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not strictly required)
