Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our outpatient OB/GYN team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for patients and supporting the daily operations of our busy clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Verify insurance and collect co-pays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Epic or other EMR systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to patient confidentiality

This is a bargaining union position.
