Job Details:
Hours per week: 10-15 hours per week.
Schedule: Preferably available on Wednesdays from 11-1 pm, other hours are flexible.
Assist Center for Learning and Memory (CLM) within the Department of Neuroscience by providing general administrative support as outlined below.
Assist CLM Director with scheduling of meetings and appointments (e.g., organizing scheduling polls online, online sign-up sheets, etc.)
Receive and check-in packages, when necessary
Perform clerical duties, including data entry and filing
Provide service to individuals both in person and via telephone and email
Provide general administrative support
Work-study award for fall 2025
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Project a professional demeanor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.) and ability to use common scheduling websites
