The Vertical Sales Specialist - ROS is assigned to a defined branch or district driving profitable revenue for a product, application or vertical customer segment. Responsible for growing product or vertical assigned accounts revenue in partnership with local territory OSRs. Drive the total value proposition of Reliable Onsite Solutions. Coordinate large projects with technical complexity with opportunities for the full scope of ROS offerings. As subject matter expert for product or vertical, train, lead and mentor OSRs partnering with DSM and DM. Drive active account performance and stabilize cyclical market fluctuations.
What you’ll do:
Working with Field Sales team to discover projects related to fencing solutions
Utilization of SFDC entering, tracking and closing related project opportunities
Attending Pre-construction meetings to communicate project details and “hand off” project to Operations Management
Design of System Solutions with support from Branch Operations and Field Sales
Submittal of System Solutions to bidding contractors
Close win opportunities in Construction/Infrastructure Markets
Change Order submittal
Mentor OSRs on Fencing Solution Offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Minimum of 2 years sales and or sales and operations management experience
Experience with panel and post driven fence installation and application along with crowd control solutions.
Understanding of fence solutions, applications and calculating proper fence quotations for all fence related projects supporting assigned branches and/or district
Proficiency with SalesForce.Com, MS Office Suite
Strong sales and customer focus/service skills
Understanding of business accounting principles and P&L profitability; business acumen
Ability to effectively train, motivate and influence all levels of the sales/management organization
Possesses the following additional competencies: leadership, strategic thinking and strong internal and external collaboration skills
