Skills
- 7-10+ years product management experience in fast-paced/entrepreneurial environments
- Deep expertise in fraud strategies, detection models, and fraud infrastructure
- Experience with financial crimes in fintech/financial services
- Fluency with SQL, web analytics, and A/B testing tools
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and vendor solutions
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Drive product development and strategy for fraud infrastructure including detection, models, third-party data integrations, and consumer verification measures
- Partner with fraud management and financial crimes teams to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements
- Act as product owner for scrum teams delivering fraud platform enhancements
- Evaluate and drive implementation of new third-party data and software integrations
- Collaborate with operations to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
- Define roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics for fraud and fincrime products
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree a plus but not required
