Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for the Flex Pay business, prioritizing merchant integrations and customer experience improvements
- Execute complex initiatives end-to-end from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes
- Drive partner satisfaction by deepening integrations with merchants and intermediaries
- Use data, A/B testing, and analytics to inform product decisions and measure impact
- Independently identify and propose new roadmap opportunities and innovations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred but not required
