- Strong knowledge of consumer regulations such as TILA, ECOA, SCRA, and UDAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare clear, concise reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance transactional and control testing across all products and business areas.
- Assist management in improving testing methodologies and documentation standards.
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources and maintain detailed records.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance and operational risks.
- Participate in process improvement efforts by recognizing gaps and suggesting enhancements.
- Stay current with regulatory changes and ensure testing remains effective and relevant.
- Collaborate with Compliance Advisory, Operations, and Legal teams for process understanding and remediation.
Education
- Degree or equivalent experience in finance, compliance, audit, or related fields is implied.
