Sales Operations Coordinator

You in This Role

You’re a highly organized, data-driven professional who thrives in fast-moving environments. You know how to manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture, and you’re comfortable working with multiple personalities across departments. You enjoy optimizing processes, managing complex data, and supporting sales teams so they can focus on what they do best, closing deals.

A Day in the Life

  • Creating on-demand reports and analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Helping set up demos, events, and other customer-facing initiatives alongside sales and marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the anchor role between sales, operations, purchasing, and marketing.
  • Track and manage enterprise pipeline progress while maintaining updates on the consumer side.
  • Support the development of sales processes, communication protocols, and reporting structures.

First 90 Days – Establish reporting workflows, optimize sales-to-ops communication, and support enterprise opportunities.
