Universal Energy Solutions is a leading energy solutions provider, and we are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our team. As an Entry Level Account Manager at Universal Energy Solutions, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will also have the chance to contribute to the growth and success of Universal Energy Solutions through identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborating with internal teams. If you are motivated, customer-focused, and eager to kick-start your career in account management, we would love to hear from you.Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Prior experience in account management is a plus, but not required. We are open to considering recent graduates or individuals with a passion for account management and energy solutions.
