This role demands strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to manage payroll, caregiver management, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Payroll & Wages: Oversee contractor payroll, manage invoices, handle wage communications, and ensure accuracy.
- Leadership: Conduct office meetings, manage staff, and ensure effective office operations.
- Quality Assurance: Manage data cleanup, missed visits, and oversee onboarding and training.
- Administrative Duties: Ensure office coverage, handle patient inquiries, and manage HR compliance, orders, and billing corrections.
- Reporting & Oversight: Build staffing reports, manage documentation, and ensure confidentiality of all records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in office management, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
Pay Range
USD $20.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.Average salary estimate
