VP of Partnerships - fully remote!

Inflect is a fast-moving startup modernizing how companies buy and sell digital infrastructure via a marketplace and advisory services. We're seeking a revenue-obsessed VP of Partnerships to build and scale provider relationships (colocation, cloud, network, etc.), embed our tooling with partners, and drive measurable time-to-revenue through repeatable onboarding and GTM plays.

Skills

  • Proven track record closing and scaling strategic partnerships with measurable revenue impact
  • Strong negotiation and commercial structuring skills
  • Familiarity with provider APIs and technical integration workflows
  • Experience managing CRM and partnership pipelines with a metrics-driven approach
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, sales, and marketing
  • Ability to build repeatable playbooks and operationalize partner onboarding
  • Player-coach leadership and team mentorship

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, secure, and manage high-value partnerships with digital infrastructure providers (colocation, cloud, network, etc.)
  • Own the full partnership pipeline from sourcing to activation and time-to-revenue measurement
  • Define technical and commercial integration requirements by dissecting provider offerings, pricing, and APIs
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and execute joint revenue programs (co-marketing, sponsored listings, joint GTM)
  • Translate commercial terms into onboarding playbooks and scalable integration workflows with Engineering/Product
  • Track and report partner performance metrics and drive rapid optimization to meet revenue targets
  • Mentor and lead the partnerships team as a player-coach, running regular 1:1s and team sessions
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and commercial disputes to ensure flawless partner activation
  • Document and iterate a repeatable, high-efficiency partnership acquisition and activation playbook
  • Communicate partnership strategy and progress to the executive team and external partners

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not required
