About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can build a modern, measurable, full-funnel growth engine.
On the demand generation side, you’ll own Google and LinkedIn ads, SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), our blog, and our website. You will shape how prospects discover us, learn about our space, and first interact with our team.
On the customer marketing side, we are building a unique customer advocacy journey that operates closely alongside our demand gen funnel. You will own customer stories, advocacy programs, communities, referral loops, and customer lifecycle touchpoints that turn customers into fans and advocates.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Acquisition
Own and optimize paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and future paid channels.
Measure ROI and ROAS across paid ad channels.
Work together with marketing leadership and our vendor partners to build, manage, and optimize our SEO and GEO strategies, including keyword research, content automation, topic clustering, and technical SEO.
Scale blog output, category education, and search-driven articles.
Work together with our design team and Webflow agency to manage ongoing website improvements: design, branding, landing pages, messaging, performance tracking, etc.
Customer Marketing & Advocacy
We’ve designed a customer marketing strategy and customer advocacy journey. You will own it, build it, and make it better across onboarding, engagement, retention, advocacy, and expansion.
Work together with marketing, customer success, and our founders to map and refine the customer journey to drive adoption, success, advocacy, and retention.
Own creation of customer stories, testimonials, and case studies, from sourcing customers to producing finished assets.
Develop customer campaigns that encourage users to share content, join programs, participate in webinars and events, refer peers, speak on stage, or contribute to community initiatives.
Lead community and membership programs to create connection, belonging, and ongoing engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
Own funnel performance metrics: CAC, pipeline contribution, ROAS, SEO performance, customer engagement, retention signals, and advocacy conversion.
Present data-driven insights to leadership to grow pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications
4+ years of marketing experience at a series A-C startup.
Demand generation experience required.
Customer marketing experience preferred.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and revenue metrics.
Ability to plan and ship campaigns quickly, with clear measurement and iteration.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, especially for ad creative, customer stories, and content.
Bonus: experience with AI-assisted content creation (GEO, programmatic content, automated keyword clustering).
Comfortable owning multiple programs at once.
***This is not a remote role! 5x/week at our SF office.
