Join our content team as a marketing and content associate. This is a great role for someone early in their career who enjoys writing, learning fast, and being close to the work. You’ll help draft and polish content across our organization and portfolio of brands – newsletters, blogs, advertorials, investor updates, case studies, and more.
You don’t need to have it all figured out on day one. We’re looking for someone who can write clearly, is open to feedback, is curious about AI tools, and cares about details like links, sources, and formatting. You’ll work closely with senior team members and help turn ideas into publish ready assets with support and guidance.
Responsibilities
Assist with first drafts for long form content including blogs, newsletters, advertorials, LinkedIn posts, case studies, and investor communications
Help maintain clean cross posting and link hygiene for the parent company and portfolio brands (URLs, UTMs, internal links, etc.)
Support the writing and editing of advertorials for tier one publishers and help track specs, links, and approvals
Help draft weekly investor emails by pulling fresh industry research, headlines, and relevant links with proper citations
Turn raw notes or outlines into simple case study drafts with clear stories and proof points
Assist with conference and event materials such as one pagers, speaker bios, and basic press kits
Help track and prepare drafts for industry award submissions
Proofread and QA content for names, dates, links, light compliance language, and consistency with executive voice
Keep content organized using briefs, simple checklists, version history, and Asana tasks
Use AI tools as part of your workflow to speed up research, outlining, and drafting while keeping quality and tone on track
3–5+ years of experience in content development within a marketing/communications team at an emerging, high-growth company, or media agency.
Proven experience writing newsletters, blogs, advertorials with creative storytelling and attention to detail
Skilled & passionate about:
Artificial Intelligence and learning new tools

Familiarity with drafting in regulated environments (fintech, martech, healthcare preferred)
Comfortable using AI tools in your workflow (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
