Responsibilities: Responsible for developing regional marketing campaigns, supporting sales strategies, measuring campaign performance, and managing customer-facing assets to drive engagement and revenue.
Skills: Proficient in marketing tools such as Canva, MS Office, and sales enablement platforms; strong project management, communication, and collaborative skills.
Qualifications: Requires a BS/BA and 4-5+ years of experience in a marketing role; K12 or Edtech experience is preferred.
Location: This position is located in the US with approximately 10% travel required.
Compensation: $100000 - $108000 / Annually

Field Sales Marketing Director - ELA
The Marketing Director for ELA is tasked with the creation and execution of marketing plans to meet overall HMH Core and Supplemental Open Territory revenue goals. The Marketing Director will be responsible for the development of regional go-to-market campaigns, sales support and engagement strategies for K-12 edtech solutions.
The Marketing Director will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing. The Marketing Director will partner and collaborate with sales, product development, growth marketing, events and conference teams and other customer-facing teams within the larger marketing organization.
