Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy to accelerate growth via channel, integration, and alliance partners.
- Define partner lifecycle frameworks spanning onboarding, enablement, co-marketing, and retention.
- Design and run integrated co-marketing programs (campaigns, events, content, digital) to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
- Build partner enablement toolkits, resources, and communications to help partners position and sell Justworks.
- Establish reporting, KPI frameworks, and insights to measure partner performance, marketing ROI, and contribution to revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and Growth to align priorities and storytelling.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Partner Marketing team with repeatable workflows and governance.
- Test, measure, and optimize programs to continuously improve partner engagement, pipeline, and LTV.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant marketing/business certifications or continuous learning a plus
