Data Entry Clerk

The Peacemaker Center, founded in 2000 by Judy Reid, is a dedicated mental health care provider committed to promoting emotional, relational, and spiritual healing grounded in Christian values. We offer a comprehensive range of counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, and strive to create a safe haven for healing, growth, and transformation. Our mission encompasses offering individual counseling for issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and grief, as well as providing couples and family therapy to support and strengthen relationships. With child and adolescent therapy addressing behavioral and emotional challenges, group therapy, and telehealth services, we cater to the diverse needs of our clients. We are deeply committed to community impact, having served over 1,000 clients in 2024 while providing significant financial support to those in need. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team and assist in maintaining our commitment to quality care and efficient operations.


Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain client data in the electronic health record system.
  • Verify and update patient information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
  • Generate reports as needed for management and compliance purposes.
  • Assist with the collection and filing of necessary documentation for client records.
  • Support office administration with various clerical tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
