Minimum Qualifications:
Formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree
At least two years of experience in administration or related area
Applicable equivalencies may be considered for the above qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in higher education
Experience working with college age students
Experience working with membership databases
Experience with the University of Arkansas software systems, such as Workday, UAConnect, SharePoint, and Perceptive Content
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge of the organization and administration of various higher education academic and social programs
Knowledge of campus and community resources
Knowledge of state, federal, and campus rules, regulations, and requirements related to campus academic and social programs
Knowledge of or ability to learn and explain membership records policies and procedures
Knowledge of or ability to learn and use Microsoft Office software
Knowledge of or ability to learn and use basic office equipment: phone, computer, printer, copier, and fax
Knowledge of or ability to learn FERPA regulations
Knowledge of or ability to learn and use Perceptive Content, document imaging
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Experience in business writing and editing skills
Ability to evaluate collected information and formulate into recommendations
Ability to compile information into report form
