Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
At least five years of experience in facilities management or a related field
Demonstrated experience in budget development, management, and resource allocation
At least five years of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
Experience in event and space management
At least seven years of experience in student unions or related student services environments
At least seven or more years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated experience in project management, including the planning, design, and execution of new or renovated facilities
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Strong knowledge of human resources and supervisory management
Knowledge of general accounting, budgetary procedures, program planning, financial management, and emergency response protocols
Ability to coordinate complex operations and manage competing priorities
Ability to analyze and project future operational needs
Ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare detailed reports
Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic and evolving situations
