Summary of Job Duties:

Join our team as a Computer Lab Technician, where you'll be the go-to resource for students, staff, and faculty navigating hardware and software challenges. In this hands-on role, you'll provide top-notch customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, such as printing issues, and answer a wide range of tech-related questions with confidence and clarity.

You'll also manage the check-out process for equipment, ensuring smooth access to essential tools for learning and teaching. If you're a problem-solver with great communication skills and a knack for making technology feel approachable, we’d love to have you on board!

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service role

• Demonstrated knowledge of the operations of personal computers and the functions of various software

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to be punctual and dependable

• Ability to be professional

• Ability to communicate clearly with team members
