Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
At least one year of experience in an office setting, working with customers & technology with a focus on customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Excel
Experience using the University of Arkansas software, or ability to learn quickly
Demonstrated experience in & ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented atmosphere with the
ability to multitask while working with little supervision
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent knowledge of English grammar and punctuation
Accurate and strong typing skills
Demonstrated strong organizational skills
Demonstrated strong time management skills
Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to have attention to detail
Ability to provide excellent service to office visitors
