1. Support project-oriented work efforts of problem identification and resolution, performance, productivity improvement and quality enhancements and delivery.
2. Assist in single-system or program implementation, develop and test any training as a result of conclusions reached in project-related activities or policy change.
3. Gather data, create and maintain databases in order to compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts to help establish procedures and quality control standards.
4. Proactively participate in review of and updates to procedures to meet business unit changes, to insure compliance with policies and government regulations.

2.Review and approve internal business unit wire access requests for MTS and non-standard wire applications
