Job description:

True Blue Care at Home Inc is looking to hire experienced Home Care Marketers/ Business Development. We offer Salary , Commission & Bonuses for qualified Home Care Marketers/ Business Development representatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bring workable patient referrals to the agency
  • Develop new referral sources in the community
  • Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources (daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, etc. Educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options).
  • Promote our professional services within the community.
  • Pre-plan and attend weekly marketing activities.
  • Maintain complete and concise written documentation relating to all sales activity to assure appropriate lead tracking and follow-up.
  • Event coordination and community liaison - participate in health fairs, awareness days.

Job Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Home Care Marketing/ Business Development
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the NYS Medicaid Program, eligibility, guidelines, etc.
  • Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills a must

Salary plus commission with room for growth.
