Position Overview:
As an Evening Guest Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service during our evening hours. You will be the friendly face that greets guests, answers inquiries, and facilitates a welcoming atmosphere at the university.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and students warmly upon their arrival or contact.
- Handle phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about our programs and services.
- Manage scheduling and confirmations for beauty appointments.
- Keep precise records of guest interactions and appointments.
- Address any guest concerns or requests in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and efficient working environment.
- Assist with administrative functions to support evening operations as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service or guest relations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with guests effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Availability for evening shifts, including weekdays and possible weekends.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr.
