Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of annual operating plans, monthly rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, KPIs).
- Perform deep variance analysis and trend forecasting; present high-impact insights to executives and board members.
- Build and maintain scalable models for unit economics, ROI evaluations, product/channel financials, and capital allocation recommendations.
- Drive automation and systems optimization across FP&A using tools like Pigment/Adaptive/Anaplan/NetSuite/Excel.
- Prepare executive-level materials including board reports, investor reporting, and EAC/BvA/FvA analyses.
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, HR/People Ops, Legal, and Corporate Development for headcount, benefits, and transaction support.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team across functions and geographies.
- Lead strategic ad hoc initiatives such as business case evaluations, M&A support, and capital investment analysis.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)
- MBA or advanced finance-related degree (strongly preferred)
