Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities including financial statements preparation and reporting.
- Provide technical accounting expertise ensuring compliance with GAAP and perform special assessments.
- Manage external audits and coordinate with professional service providers.
- Evaluate and improve accounting procedures, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate accounting and reporting.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff or outsourced partners.
- Help implement and scale accounting systems, tools, and automation.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA license required.
