What Will You Do in This Role?

The Central Billing Support Specialist provides vital financial and administrative support across multiple Skilled Nursing and Senior Living facilities. Key responsibilities include processing credit card payments, managing deposit scanning, assisting with data entry, and supporting credentialing and PECOS applications. This role ensures timely and accurate handling of mail, streamlines payment processing, and facilitates essential credentialing documentation to maintain compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process credit card payments for multiple facility accounts.
• Scan, organize, and document deposit information accurately for reporting.
• Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring timely and precise entry of financial information.
• Support PECOS application processes for providers, including credentialing and revalidation.
• Manage incoming mail, organizing and distributing items to the appropriate parties.
• Collaborate with facility teams to maintain up-to-date credentialing records and assist in the submission of necessary applications.

• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing billing environment required.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
• Proficiency in data entry and basic financial documentation.
• Familiarity with PECOS, Medicare/Medicaid credentialing, or healthcare compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
