Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and configure cloud services to support migrations, Active Directory and application configurations in a zero trust environment
- Implement and deploy security architectures for managed service offerings
- Participate in deployment and implementation planning with technical leads and customers
- Troubleshoot, identify and resolve issues in existing deployments and provide root cause analysis
- Produce internal and customer-facing documentation for configurations and operational procedures
- Automate administrative tasks and environment management using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Rundeck, pipelines)
- Manage networking and routing fundamentals across multi-cloud/private connected networks maintaining zero trust principles
- Analyze, design and implement architectures in AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Python CDK)
- Build, test and deploy application/system containers (Docker) and manage image pipelines and automated updates
- Investigate and pilot new cloud technologies to meet program needs
- Foster strong relationships with partners, stakeholders and customers and work effectively as a virtual team member
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field OR equivalent work experience
- AWS Associate certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days
- CompTIA Security+ required or ability to obtain within 30 days
