Community Liaison – Albuquerque, NM | Hybrid Role | $50K–$65K + Bonus

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Community Liaison in Albuquerque, NM. This hybrid role combines remote work with regional travel to connect with pediatricians, schools, behavioral health providers, and local organizations. You’ll be the local face of Treetop ABA, building relationships, sharing our mission, and helping families access the services they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with pediatric providers, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners
  • Represent Treetop ABA at community events, site visits, and professional meetings
  • Share our mission in ways that inspire trust and engagement
  • Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of families
  • Identify new outreach opportunities and track engagement efforts

Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in ABA intake, healthcare operations, marketing, or related field
    • Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
    • Experience in pediatric services, behavioral health, or healthcare is a plus
    • Reliable vehicle and comfort with frequent in-state travel (mileage reimbursed)
