- Familiarity with CRM and utility billing systems
- Ability to work shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday–Friday, and overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Handle large volume of inbound calls from an ACD call management system
- Respond to complex customer inquiries about water services, billing, consumption, and payments
- Resolve customer issues with one-call/contact resolution when possible
- Assist with service start-ups, transfers, disconnections, and related account requests
- Log and update customer account information accurately in CRM and route issues appropriately
- Research, follow up, and escalate customer service concerns as needed
- Meet or exceed department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Candidates without the education requirement may be considered with additional relevant experience
