Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence including pleadings and letter briefs
- Draft discovery responses, briefs, appendices, and other litigation materials
- Maintain physical and electronic legal files and track deadlines
- Arrange and confirm appointments, meetings, depositions, hearings, and court settings
- Proof-read and review contracts, ordinances, resolutions, motions, and other legal documents
- Assist with copying, scanning, telephone communications, and public and city staff support
Education
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Administration, or related field
