Responsibilities
- Provide support and management of client devices and computer endpoints
- Deliver expert-level support for Windows (10+), iPad/iPhone, Android and Mac devices
- Support Office 2016, 2019 and Microsoft 365 applications
- Install and set up new workstations and respond to equipment requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and hardware issues on endpoints
- Perform break-fix repairs on desktops, laptops and mobile devices
- Provide technical support via in-person, phone, email and remote tools
- Document work in ticketing systems and follow ITIL-aligned processes
- Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation with one-hour response times
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college coursework preferred
