Job Overview:

We’re helping our client, a fast-growing, pre-IPO cookware brand, find an Ecommerce Site Operations Specialist to join their digital team. In this role, you’ll manage, maintain and optimize the brand’s eCommerce website, ensuring a seamless, high-performing, and engaging online shopping experience for customers around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update website content using a CMS, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Integrate e-commerce functionalities such as third-party plugins to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, including site speed, responsiveness, and efficiency.
  • Implement SEO best practices and track performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility for a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align web presence with branding and marketing strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain site functionality.

  • At least 2 years experience in eCommerce website development, preferably in a retail or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
  • Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CMS (e.g., Shopify).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field a plus.
  • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.
