The Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment Analyst is a cross-functional role designed to be the primary contact point for our customers' replenishment team across all categories. This customer-facing role is responsible for data analysis, providing insights for critical decision-making, and recommendations that will impact both our customer and internal supply chain performance. Furthermore, this role is a key participant in supporting sales growth while driving operational efficiencies through collaboration with supply, sales, and demand planning teams. The success of the CPFR analyst will be measured by their ability to exceed targets on customer in-stock rates, case fill goals, inventory targets, and other customer-specific supply chain measures, as well as their ability to resolve disconnects between Campbell and its customers' supply chains.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$64,000-$92,000Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
