Responsibilities
- Build, own, and track integrated program plans covering scope, schedule, metrics, and risks.
- Anticipate and mitigate program risks; remove roadblocks and drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment across hardware, firmware, validation, manufacturing, and external suppliers.
- Create executive-level reports and presentations for leadership and external partners.
- Coordinate NPI activities and manage timelines with manufacturing and validation teams.
- Champion continuous improvement of processes, tools, and team workflows.
- Drive cross-team communication and accountability to meet program milestones.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required (EE or ME preferred)
- Advanced degree in engineering or related field preferred but not required
