The Project Specialist (Facilities) contributes to AHF by handling multiple projects and is responsible for supporting all AHF departments by the procurement of services and materials. This may happen on emergency basis, remotely and with constant communication with vendors and AHF staff, besides scheduled projects.
The Project Specialist enhances the reputation of AHF by managing communications between contractors and AHF staff functioning as a project manager. They will also be expected to participate in some projects outside of the housing business, such as pharmacy, clinics or retail locations, alongside their managers.
