Skills
- Expertise in signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and RF simulation tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of electromagnetics, thermal effects, and RF considerations in PCB and package designs.
- Experience with electrical validation techniques and advanced measurement/analysis.
- Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced signal integrity, power integrity, and RF simulations including 2.5D/3D field extraction.
- Collaborate with silicon, hardware, and validation teams to ensure design quality and integration.
- Develop and shape layout guidelines to drive design excellence for complex PCBs and advanced packages.
- Contribute to simulation-driven design and measurement methodologies within the integrated SI/EV team.
Education
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Physics.
