As a Lifestyle Manager, you’ll be the voice on the other end of the line making things happen—whether it’s a weekend getaway, a hard-to-find dinner reservation, or personalized gift ideas. You’ll support our members by phone, delivering thoughtful solutions, tailored suggestions, and white-glove service, every time.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful individual to join our Lifestyle team. As a Lifestyle Manager you will be fulfilling requests on behalf of our members, including fulfilling luxury dining requests, planning of special events and occasions, scheduling travels for members mainly in the US but covering several destinations world-wide.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with members primarily by telephone to take the brief, understand their needs, and identify preferences and interests proactively
  • Liaise with members, suppliers, and Ten staff to deliver the best possible content in response to requests
  • Investigate opportunities to add value to each request and exceed member expectations
  • Introduce members to other areas of the service to promote full usage and repeat business
  • Gather feedback from previous requests and share through appropriate channels to support member satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain high standards of service and communication throughout the entire member journey
  • Confidently negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best possible service outcomes for members
  • Communicate via CRM systems, including professional email correspondence with members
  • Represent the business externally at networking events, restaurants, or similar to enhance the company’s profile
  • Stay up to date on new restaurant openings and local events in your assigned area
  • Meet monthly KPIs, including Commission, NPS, and Efficiency

  • Minimum of 1 year working within the lifestyle industry in Dining or Travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language skills advantageous 
  • A sharp eye for detail is essential to delivering high-quality results in this role
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about member service and commercial success
