Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate conversion operations with emphasis on potting and plant selections to meet project timelines
- Plan and track greenhouse availability using internal systems and stewardship protocols
- Coordinate activities with internal labs, applied genetic scientists, and agronomists to align resources and schedules
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, stewardship requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
- Maintain accurate documentation, generate KPI reports, and provide timely stakeholder updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges during conversion activities
- Supervise third-party employees or seasonal staff as needed
Education
- BS in plant science, agronomy, crop science, botany, or biology (required)
- MS in a related field (preferred)
