Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financing strategy to support manufacturing and growth initiatives
- Manage investor relations including preparing pitch materials and participating in capital conversations
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling including 409A valuations
- Implement disciplined cost controls and scenario planning to optimize capital use
- Manage financial close, tax filings, insurance renewals, and compliance deadlines
- Optimize finance workflows and systems to support scalable operations
- Identify financial risks and manage capital responsibly
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate equipment purchases and operational spending
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Advanced degrees (MBA, CPA) are advantageous but not mandatory
