SweetRush is seeking a Learning Project Manager to support global Learning & Development programs for a top hospitality brand. This role involves managing complex learning projects, establishing project plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure strategic objectives are met.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include establishing learning project plans, managing project scope, budget and timeline, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with quality and legal standards.
Skills: Required skills include 4-7 years of project management and Learning & Development experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, experience in adult learning theory/instructional design, and proficiency in project management tools.
Location: Position based in McLean, VA preferred, but remote candidates will be considered. Candidates must be available during established working hours.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $35 - $65 per hour.

About the role
This role will be a key member of the Global Learning Team supporting the client's Learning & Development programs, serving a diverse audience of a top hospitality brand around the world. As an experienced project manager, you will bring structure, organization, and strategic clarity to complex, cross-functional learning projects. You must be eager to engage with people, resilient, and able to juggle multiple priorities. You should have a consistent track record of carrying out large-scale changes effectively across an organization.
Timeline: Starting ASAP for 6 months, with the opportunity to renew with performance and client need
Hours: 40 hours per week
This is an hourly W2 engagement that includes a benefits package. 401k eligibility begins after six months of continuous employment.
