We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Partner Operations Manager to join our Strategic Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales enablement, compliance and/or operational strategy, who thrives on solving complex problems with data and has a proven ability to manage and optimize partner relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to enhance partner performance & accountability, resolve disputes, and drive operational excellence.

About the team:

The Vertical Operations team serves as the strategic backbone of Operations, directly aligning operational excellence with business growth. We are accountable for the end-to-end performance of each vertical — defining service standards, setting SLAs, and ensuring partners deliver consistently against customer and business expectations.

Our mandate extends beyond execution — we drive strategic scalability by balancing service quality, partner accountability, and cost efficiency. Through data-driven insights, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration, Vertical Operations ensures every operational process contributes to sustainable growth.

What you’ll be working on:
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models & strategies to optimize partner relationships, resolve disputes, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to improve partner onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution processes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting supplier operations.

What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years in operations, strategy, or business development — ideally in travel, fintech, or membership sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL, with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Power BI) to drive insights and decisions.
  • Strong understanding of partner operations, process design, and dispute resolution to improve performance and accountability.
  • Proven ability to develop financial models and strategies that optimize partner performance and manage complex issues.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering and Customer Service to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical thinker with high attention to detail, skilled at identifying gaps and leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
