Flexibility allows for more time doing other things

Sunrun's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are an integral component of Sunrun’s Inclusion strategy. They help foster a culture of inclusion and belonging for all. All Sunrun ERGs are aligned to support the following focus areas:

Attraction: Enhance Sunrun’s hiring efforts by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team on sourcing initiatives.

Retention and Progression: Enhance the development and retention of underrepresented and marginalized employees by supporting talent programs and mentoring initiatives.

Culture and Belonging: Raise awareness of the depth of various identities and cultural backgrounds of Sunrunners through celebration of Awareness Months/Days.

Pay Parity 

Sunrun was the first national solar company to fully achieve gender pay equity. We adhere to the California Equal Pay Pledge and the White House Equal Pay Pledge. We pay all employees a wage of at least $15 per hour, and we remain commi!ed to leading the industry in pay fairness.

Sunrun Veterans

Sunrun was the first national solar company to offer career opportunities to transitioning service members and spouses of active-duty military personnel through the Department of Defense’s SkillBridge program and the Military Spouse Employment Program (MSEP). Sunrun has hired 500 veterans since 2021.
