Responsibilities
- Lead clients through all phases from contract to renewal including onboarding and training
- Identify opportunities to expand Strider's product portfolio with existing clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical integrity in client interactions
- Proactively manage client needs and challenges with urgency and professionalism
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
